Flash Fiction-Celebrity

Walking in the streets of New York, feeling happy, feeling great. At the sight of something, I scowl.

I am the manager of a beautiful actress. People envy and are jealous of me. Amanda Fox, beautiful and has lots of hit movies, is very famous over the world. And now, she is having a hard time since her scandal with Kevin. Kevin, I must say, is a legend who can't even be compared to Amanda. It is obvious Amanda is getting the blame even though Kevin apologized to our agency numerous times.

And right now, that troublesome woman is walking through the streets of the Big Apple in front of me. She must be out of her mind.

I could tell, she tried really hard to hide her identity. Wearing a comfortable pair of jeans and a blue hoodie, she didn't even put on make-up. Nothing but a bit of lotion. She also has on some big sunglasses and a black cap and has her hands in her pockets. Still, it is not enough to cover her up. Her perfect body line still shows an though she is wearing sneakers, she is still taller than any woman on the street. Her cap is not enough to cover up her red hair which was a trend for a while before her scandal.

"Why are you here? Go back home!" I whispered loudly.
"Just need some fresh air," she said in a relaxing way.

Just then, someone took out a big camera and started taking pictures. People are starting to notice who the woman is and started throwing things at her. I grunted, grabbed her hand, and took off.

People are chasing us like crazy. Both of us are puffing now. I turn a corner into a dark, narrow alley and I hear them going past us. I look at Amanda. She looks terrible with her tilted sunglasses and hair sticking out. I couldn't help but bursting out a laughing. A perfect actress, looking ugly in front of me. She starts laughing, too. I took her hand and got out of that alley. Even if she is a celebrity, she is human. We don't have to hide from the crowd.
